Stephen is a third-generation Realtor with over 40 years of experience in residential brokerage, property management, appraisal, and investment consultation. In the 1990s, Stephen played a key role in acquiring & operating the Prudential franchise, overseeing four offices with 62 licensed agents and a robust referral network. Stephen was also licensed as a N.J. & N.Y. appraiser since the late 1980s. Stephen expanded into bank site brokerage, assembling and selling properties for bank & drug store developments across nine counties in Northern N.J. & Southern N.Y. After closing the family firm, Stephen relocated permanently to the area. He now actively manages approximately 50 single-family rental properties, handling tenant relations, lease renewals, HOA compliance, security deposits, & more.
